Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77u7 website located at https://77u7.club and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and any promotional offers made available by 77u7 (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 77u7 and is intended exclusively for users in Bangladesh who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1 below.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

Access to 77u7 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions. 77u7 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• 1.2You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. Use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions is expressly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• 1.3You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses forfeited.
• 1.4You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. 77u7 does not accept registrations from individuals who are legally prohibited from participating in online gambling activities.

2. Account Registration

You must register an account to access real-money betting and gaming on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times.

• 2.1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 77u7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 2.277u7 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.
• 2.3You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your nominated payment method before closure is finalised, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• 2.4You must not register or use an account if you are a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of 77u7, or a close relative of any such person, or a professional sportsperson whose sport is covered on the Platform.
• 2.5All communications from 77u7 will be sent to the email address provided at registration. You are responsible for ensuring this address remains active and for reading notices we send you. Notices delivered to your registered email are deemed received.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

77u7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Bangladeshi mobile financial services. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 77u7, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. 77u7 does not charge a fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are the responsibility of the user.
• 3.2Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 77u7 will not process a withdrawal to a payment method different from the one used to fund the account, except where that method is unavailable, in which case an alternative may be agreed with the support team.
• 3.377u7 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours. In practice, most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within minutes. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of unusually high transaction volume.
• 3.4Funds deposited into your 77u7 account must be your own money and must not be the proceeds of illegal activity. 77u7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notice to you.
• 3.577u7 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance if fraud, a system error, or a breach of these Terms is identified in connection with the transaction. You will be notified if this occurs.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

77u7 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.

• 4.1Bonus funds are credited to your account upon satisfying the applicable opt-in or deposit conditions. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 4.2Wagering requirements, where applicable, specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards the wagering requirement.
• 4.377u7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any existing wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured on the terms in effect at the time the bonus was claimed.
• 4.4Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account. Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the offer explicitly permits stacking.
• 4.5If 77u7 determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or by exploiting a system error, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on the Platform. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider and are accessible within each game.

• 5.1All bets are final once confirmed. 77u7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in the event of a demonstrable technical error on the part of 77u7.
• 5.2Odds for sports markets are set by 77u7 and may be updated at any time prior to the bet being placed. The odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager. 77u7 is not liable for odds displayed in error prior to confirmation.
• 5.3In the event a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void after betting markets have been opened, 77u7 will settle affected bets in accordance with the relevant sport's standard settlement rules, which are published on the Platform.
• 5.4Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type apply and are displayed within each market. 77u7 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual users where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6. Responsible Gaming

77u7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help users manage their gambling activity and encourage all players to set personal limits that keep their play within their means.

• 6.1Deposit limits allow you to cap the amount you can deposit over a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• 7.1Collusion with other players, match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any other form of cheating or manipulation designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• 7.2Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• 7.3Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source. 77u7 will report credible suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• 7.4Attempting to access the accounts of other users, reverse-engineering any part of the Platform, introducing malware, or otherwise interfering with the security or integrity of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

77u7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, the following.

• 8.1Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements in Section 1, the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• 8.2Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed through your payment provider. In such cases the account will be suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is upheld and the funds have already been wagered, the balance equivalent will be deducted from any future deposit.
• 8.3Where 77u7 determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to provide services to the account holder presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any withdrawable balance will be paid out within 30 days of closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77u7 limits its liability to you as follows.

• 9.177u7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption, even if 77u7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 9.277u7 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor downtime, natural disasters, government action, or any other force majeure event.
• 9.3Where 77u7's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77u7 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and source code, is the property of 77u7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• 10.1You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• 10.2Any unauthorised use of Platform content, including reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation, may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law. 77u7 actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

77u7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via the email address on file. The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform after the amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be read and construed in a manner consistent with applicable laws. 77u7 does not make representations about the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.
